This program is NOT another crash diet. You'll learn how to change your entire relationship with food and make sustainable choices so you can live a healthy life! This is the thing I needed and DID NOT HAVE when I was getting started. I want it to be much easier for you! This program has easy meals that are truly delicious without complicated ingredients and without JUDGEMENT! I'm not here to tell you which diet is best for you. I'm here to give you the tools to live a balanced life and help you figure out what's best for you and your lifestyle.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts January 29 and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. However, it is suggested you do one course a week to give yourself time to implement change and utilize the Facebook group.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?

Do I need any special equipment? What if I can't cook?
NOPE! My meal plans call for the most basic kitchen items like pots, pans, spoons and spatulas. There is a crock pot recipe, but if you don't have one I can easily provide a different option with the same ingredients. When I started I couldn't cook either! Don't worry - these recipes are easy enough for every beginner.
